Can the F100 cleaning head be flushed under tap?
After mopping the floor, if there is the waste sticking on the cleaning head and is not easy to clean, you can remove the cleaning head lid, take out the solid waste container and cleaning roller, put the cleaning head under tap to flush. Then lift the appliance and pour the water remains in the cleaning head.
Please note that DO NOT soak the cleaning head in water. Otherwise the water may infiltrate the motors and cause failures.

How to take out the metal grate in cleaning head?
When you face the cleaning head, there is a small black rubber handle on the left side. Grab it, pull out the metal grate, and flush and clean.

How to replace the wiper at the bottom of cleaning head?
Remove the cleaning head lid, take out dirty water tank, solid waste container and cleaning roller. Face to the cleaning head, lay the appliance down on its left side. You can find a lock cover on its right side which can be opened by pull it on its bottom. Draw out the wiper and replace.
When install a new wiper, please note that there is a narrow flat surface which should be upward. After inserting the wiper, press the lock cover back to finish the installation. -
Is there a LED to indicate the full dirty water tank, just like the insufficient clean water?
There is a red float inside the dirty water tank. When the red float handle rises over the dirty water tank top housing, it tells the dirty water is approaching the max level. You have to pour the dirty water. Otherwise, the dirty water may spill from the hole where the float handle moves upward and downward.

There is a square LED light on the handle. What does it mean?
The square LED light indicates the cleaning head working status. If the cleaning roller or brush roller is blocked by foreign objects, such as hairs, cables, carpet or solid stuffs, it will start to blink in red and the appliance will stop. You need to check and clean the foreign objects.

Can I disassemble the handle to store the appliance?
Yes. There is a small hole on the back of the appliance where the handle and the body jointed. Use a sharp tool, for e.g., a Phillips screwdriver, to press the lock bolt inside the hole to release the lock. Then pull the handle to take it off.
When install the handle to the body, align and insert the handle to the lower body. When you hear a click sound, that means the handle is correctly installed.
