Troubleshooting

  • 1. Check if the cleaning roller is blocked by foreign objects. If so, unblock the cleaning roller by removing the foreign objects.
    2. Remove the cleaning roller and check whether the metal grate is installed correctly in the way that the arrows on the grate match the ones on the cleaning head. If not, reinstall it correctly.
    3. If the problem persists, please contact after-sales service.

  • 1. Check if the cleaning head lid is locked tightly. If not, retry to make sure the cleaning head lid is locked in place.
    2. Check if the brush roller is blocked by foreign objects. If so, unblock the brush roller by removing the foreign objects.
    3. If the problem persists, please contact after-sales service.

  • 1. Make sure you are not using purified or distilled water. Hizero floor cleaner is designed to use tap water. The purified or distilled water’s conductivity is too weak to be detected, which causes the false alarm of insufficient clean water. User can add one capful Hizero cleaning solution to the clean water tank to enhance the conductivity or use tap water instead to allow the sensor to detect water level properly.
    2. Power on, switch to mode 2, leave the Hizero floor cleaner running until it stops automatically. Repeat this step until the issue is resolved. If 5-10 intervals would not solve the problem, please proceed to step 3.
    3. Use an air blow or a syringe to gently inject warm water into the clean water tube through the clean water tank connection.
    4. If the problem persists, please contact after-sales service.

  • 1. Please check if the cleaning roller is completely soaked and softened, and if the excess water from the soaking step is squeezed out. The polymer roller may also dry out if the Hizero Floor Cleaner is not used for a few days. Please re-soak in warm water to soften it and squeeze out the excess water before use.
    2. Remove the comb filter plug under the cleaning head lid and check whether the grate is blocked. If so, take out the grate and clean it.
    3. Check the two holes in the dirty water tank lip for blockage, you can use a paper clip or toothpick to unblock them if foreign objects are stuck there.
    4. Check whether the cleaning roller is damaged and whether the two ends of the roller and the cleaning head casing are fit tightly. If damages or gaps can be seen, please replace the cleaning roller.
    5. Check whether the rubber strip of the trash container is broken. If so, please replace the trash container.
    6. If the cleaning roller has been used for more than 4 months, it is recommended to replace it.
    7. Clean dirty water port and dirty water tube as follows.
    ①remove cleaning roller,
    ②remove green comb filter,
    ③remove metal grate,
    ④ use a syringe to push water through the dirty water tube in the body of the Hizero Floor Cleaner.
    The opening to the dirty water tube is on the right-hand side inside the dirty water tank space in the main body, looking from the backside of the Hizero Floor Cleaner. Please do NOT push anything through the hole on the left-hand side, including6any liquid and air.
    8. If the problem persists, please contact after-sales service.

  • 1.Please check if there is any blockage on the water sink filter and dirty water tube filter on the left side (same side as the cleaning roller snap fit) of the cleaning head.
    2.Install the metal filter of water sink correctly.

  • Small particles mixed in the clean water may cause sealing failure of the clean water pump. This problem can be fixed by flushing away the stuck particles. Power on the appliance and switch to mode 2 for 3-5 minutes, then power off the appliance and take out the cleaning roller, place it on dock to see if water leaks on dock again. It may require a few repetitions to fix the problem. If it does not fix the problem, please contact service center.

  • 1. Please make sure the dirty water tank is installed properly, the lid is well sealed and not blocked.
    2. The dirty water tank float should be able to move freely to indicate the water surface, check whether the float is stuck. If so, flush with water and clean the float to resolve the issue.
    3. Power on, switch to mode 2, leave the Hizero floor cleaner running until it stops automatically. Repeat this step until the issue is resolved. If 5-10 intervals would not solve the problem, please proceed to step 2.

  • 1. Please ensure the power adapter is installed correctly.
    2. Please ensure the power socket has a suitable power supply to the power adapter. Details of the specification can be found on the power adapter.
    3. Reinstall the battery. If the battery is in a protected state, it cannot be recharged. Exit the protected state by reinstalling the battery.
    4. If the problem persists, please replace the battery.

  • 1. Please thoroughly clean the Hizero Floor Cleaner, and then self-clean it twice on mode 2, see if the smell can be eliminated. Add 10ml HIZERO cleaning solution in the clean water tank each time.
    2. Remove the cleaning roller and manually massage and wash it with HIZERO cleaning solution.
    3. If the smell persists, please replace the cleaning roller.

  • 1. Check whether the clean water tank leaks. Fill the clean water tank with water, dry the surface and place it on the table for observation.
    2. Power on, switch to mode 2, leave the Hizero floor cleaner running until it stops automatically. Repeat this step until the issue is resolved. If 5-10 intervals would not solve the problem, please contact after-sales service.

  • Check whether the rubber strip of the trash container is deformed or bent. If so, replace the trash container.
