Troubleshooting

• There is water leaking onto the floor from the left side of the cleaning head when moving forward

  The most likely cause of this issue is that the cleaning head handle is not properly installed, causing the cleaning roller, Multi Roller, to sway while spinning, which results in water leaking onto the floor.
  Please reinstall the Multi Roller, making sure the handle is installed correctly.

• The cleaning head LED lighting flashes while working

  The cleaning head lid is not properly closed. Please reinstall the cleaning head lid.

• Why does water leak onto the floor or into the solid waste container when mopping?

  Water leakage is usually caused by a blockage in the waste water tube.
  (1) Remove the Multi Roller and take out the metal filter. Wash and clean the water-squeezing bar and the metal filter.
  (2) Face the cleaning head and locate the release button on the left side. Press it to remove the left side cover. You will find a transparent waste water tube cover and a rubber comb filter. Remove them and rinse them under tap water to clean. Perform this cleaning once a week to prevent blockages that could cause water leakage.
