• Why is there noise for a few seconds after the appliance is powered off?

  This is the working noise of the air pump. To collect any residual waste water in the tubes, the air pump continues to work for 3 seconds after the appliance is powered off.

• Can the F600 lay flat on the floor?

  Yes, the F600 can lay flat on the floor. The cleaning head can fit into spaces with a height of 9 cm, and the entire appliance can fit into spaces with a height of 12 cm. It can mop and clean under most beds and furniture.

• What is the capacity of the clean water tank?

  Both the clean water tank and the waste water tank have a capacity of 600 mL. One tank of water can be used to mop approximately 65㎡ of flooring.

• Can the clean water tank and the waste water tank be separated?

  There is a release button between the two tanks, along with a set of alignment symbols. Press the release button and turn the tanks until the unlock symbol is aligned to separate them. To reattach the tanks, turn them until the lock symbol is aligned.

• Can the F600 be powered on while it’s charging?

  Yes, it can be powered on while charging. However, since the working current is higher than the charging current, the battery will not actually charge. Therefore, we recommend charging the appliance when it’s powered off.

• What is the warranty period for the F600?

  The warranty period for the F600 is 2 years, excluding accessories such as the Multi Roller, Hair Collection Roller, and the wiper, as the lifespan of these accessories is highly dependent on usage.
