• Why is there noise for a few seconds after the appliance is powered off?

  This is the working noise of the air pump. To collect any residual waste water in the tubes, the air pump continues to operate for 3 seconds after the appliance is powered off.

• What is the capacity of the Clean Water Tank?

  The Clean Water Tank has a capacity of 450mL. One full tank of clean water can last for 15 minutes in mode 1, supporting mopping of 50m². In mode 2, it can last for 10 minutes and support mopping of 35m².

• Can the Clean Water Tank and the Waste Water Tank be separated?

  There is a release button between the two tanks, along with a set of lock symbols. Hold the Clean Water Tank with your left hand and the Waste Water Tank with your right hand. Press the release button with the thumb of your right hand and turn it left to separate the tanks. To reattach the tanks, turn them right until the release button locks.

• Can the F300 be powered on while it’s charging?

  Yes, it can be powered on while charging. However, when you lift it from the docking station, it will automatically power off. When the appliance is working and placed on the docking station, it will power off to charge.

• Should I unplug the power adapter every time when it’s fully charged?

  No. The charging process will automatically stop when the appliance is fully charged. You can leave it on the docking station when not in use.

• What is the warranty period for the F300?

  The warranty period for the F300 is 2 years, excluding accessories such as the Multi Roller, Hair Collection Roller, and wiper, as the lifespan of these accessories depends on usage.

• How do I open the Waste Water Tank lid?

  Place your thumb in the middle of the two holes on the Waste Water Tank lid, push to open the lid, and remove it. If the wiper is cracked, please replace it with a new one. A spare wiper is included in the gift box.
