• What types of surfaces can H100 be used on?

  Glass, mirror, tile wall, wood, table. Any hard and non-water-absorbing surface.

• What types of surfaces can’t H100 be used on?

  Painted wall, carpet, cloth, curtain.

• Can I use my own cleaning solution with the H100?

  No, you have to use the HIZERO H100 cleaning solution, as ordinary cleaning solution will create a lot of foams. You can also use clean water if the surface is not dirty.

• How to charge the H100?

  The H100 has a Type-C USB cable. You may use a 5V 2A power charger to charge it. It doesn’t support Quick Charge protocol.

• What’s the battery capacity? How long does it need to be fully charged? And how long it can work then?

  The battery capacity is 4000mAh. It needs 4 hours to be fully charged. Then it can work more than 60 mins.

• Is H100’s battery replaceable?

  The battery could be changed by the guide of professional technical engineers. It’s highly recommended to contact service center first to ask for support.

• How can I use it to clean the high window glass?

  We provide a three section extension pole to attached to H100. Then you can use it to clean the window glass about 3 meters high.
