QHow do I open the Waste Water Tank lid?Place your thumb in the middle of the two holes on the Waste Water Tank lid, push to open the lid, and remove it. If the wiper is cracked, please replace it with a new one. A spare wiper is included in the gift box.
The most likely cause of this issue is that the Waste Water Tank lid is not installed tightly, which can result in weak suction, preventing the waste water from being drawn into the tank. Simply reinstall the Waste Water Tank lid and press it into position.
Please check if the wiper is cracked. Usually, if the wiper is cracked and blocks the Multi Roller, it will cause the head to turn to one side.
Water leakage is usually caused by a blockage in the waste water tube.
1.Remove the Multi Roller and take out the metal filter. Wash and clean the water-squeezing bar and the metal filter.
2.Face the cleaning head and locate the release button on the left side. Press it to remove the left-side cover. You will find a transparent waste water tube cover and a rubber comb filter. Remove them and rinse under tap water to clean. Perform this cleaning once a week to prevent blockages that could cause water leakage.
