QWhy is there noise for a few seconds after the appliance is powered off?This is the working noise of the air pump. To collect any residual waste water in the tubes, the air pump continues to work for 3 seconds after the appliance is powered off.

QWhat is the capacity of the clean water tank?Both the clean water tank and the waste water tank have a capacity of 600 mL. One tank of water can be used to mop approximately 65㎡ of flooring.

QCan the F600 be powered on while it’s charging?Yes, it can be powered on while charging. However, since the working current is higher than the charging current, the battery will not actually charge. Therefore, we recommend charging the appliance when it’s powered off.

QCan the F600 lay flat on the floor?Yes, the F600 can lay flat on the floor. The cleaning head can fit into spaces with a height of 9 cm, and the entire appliance can fit into spaces with a height of 12 cm. It can mop and clean under most beds and furniture.

QCan the clean water tank and the waste water tank be separated?There is a release button between the two tanks, along with a set of alignment symbols. Press the release button and turn the tanks until the unlock symbol is aligned to separate them. To reattach the tanks, turn them until the lock symbol is aligned.
Troubleshooting
There is water leaking onto the floor from the left side of the cleaning head when moving forward

The most likely cause of this issue is that the cleaning head handle is not properly installed, causing the cleaning roller, Multi Roller, to sway while spinning, which results in water leaking onto the floor.
Please reinstall the Multi Roller, making sure the handle is installed correctly.
Why does water leak onto the floor or into the solid waste container when mopping?

Water leakage is usually caused by a blockage in the waste water tube.
(1) Remove the Multi Roller and take out the metal filter. Wash and clean the water-squeezing bar and the metal filter.
(2) Face the cleaning head and locate the release button on the left side. Press it to remove the left side cover. You will find a transparent waste water tube cover and a rubber comb filter. Remove them and rinse them under tap water to clean. Perform this cleaning once a week to prevent blockages that could cause water leakage.

Why there are many foams when I used it for the first time?

Hizero Multi Roller can pick up all chemicals and cleaning solutions you have used on your floor, which you may never be ware of the existing after water dried. These chemicals and cleaning solutions cased the foams, which may leak to floor and trash tray. You can keep using Hizero to clean and mop the entire floor. You need to pour waste water more frequently during mopping. After using Hizero to mop the entire floor, you will not have the same foam issue any more. Hizero Multi Roller helped you removed them all.
How to do if the cleaning roller gets dry after 1 week no being used?

Hizero Multi Roller has QuickSoak feature. Put it in water for 20 seconds. It will get totally soaked and wet.
