    The cleaning process starts from the bottom of the surface, pushes forward/upward, and pulls it back.

    The battery capacity is 4000mAh. It needs 4 hours to be fully charged. Then it can work more than 60 mins.

    No, you have to use the HIZERO H100R cleaning solution.  You can also use clean water if the surface is not dirty.

    No, you have to use the HIZERO Surface Cleaning Solution (the green label) with the H100R because a different tailor-made formula has been developed for different applications to deliver the best cleaning results.

    How often should I replace the Roller?
    H100R is equipped with HIZERO’s Multi-Roller and features real-time self-cleaning to clean the roller while operating. Its lifespan is about one year if it is not damaged. Please remove sharp objects from the surface before use.

    The H100R has a Type-C USB cable; you may use a 5V 2A power charger to charge it.

1.Check if there are some burrs inside vent hole, which blocked the vent hole Actions: Take a rod, insert it into the vent hole, twist it a few time to clear off the burrs inside of the vent hole. 2.Check if the water squeezing bar is not installed in place, one end of water squeezing bar is lifted.
