Answer: M101 is a bionic mop that features HIZERO’s Multi-roller and Bionic Technology, which can sweep and mop spontaneously, replacing a broom and a mop. It can pick up solid waste and clean dirty liquid in a single pass. It also separates clean and dirty water.
  • Q

Troubleshooting
Dirty water tank remains empty after multiple cleaning passes while clean water tank level drops significantly
2026-09-15

Symptom: The dirty water tank is empty after many passes, but the water level of the clean water tank decreases substantially.

Possible Causes

The Multi-roller gets dehydrated due to low ambient humidity or after the unit has been left unused for several days.

Internal pipeline is clogged with debris.

Solutions

Take out the Multi-roller, flush it or soak it in water for 30 seconds. Squeeze out excess water with the roller comb.

Flush the interior of the cleaning head.

Excessive foam generated after adding non genuine cleaning solution
2026-09-15
Symptom: Heavy foam occurs during operation after other cleaning solutions are poured into the clean water tank. Solutions Empty and flush the clean water tank to rinse out residual detergent. Clean the cleaning head to remove detergent residue from the Multi roller and the machine.
Unit has been used on heavily greasy floors
2026-09-15

Thoroughly flush the Multi roller under tap water.

No water spray is visible
2026-09-15
Symptom: Users cannot see water spraying out. Note (Not a malfunction): Clean water flows through the machine’s internal pipeline directly onto the Multiroller. No visible spray is expected, which is normal product design.
Noise when pushing forward; no noise and non rotating roller when pulling backward
2026-09-15
Symptom Gear operating noise occurs while pushing forward. No noise is heard and the Multi roller does not rotate while pulling backward. Note (Not a malfunction) Pushing forward: The internal gear system drives the Multi roller to rotate for sweeping, which produces normal gear operating noise. Pulling backward: The gear mechanism locks the Multi roller for mopping. The roller stays stationary with no operating noise. This is normal working behaviour, not a fault.
Why does the Multi-roller not rotate when the user pulls the M101 backward?
2026-10-13
The internal gear mechanism locks the roller to mop the floor, so the gear is not moving, and no noise is heard.
What should the users do if other cleaning solutions are added into the clean water tank, and generate much foam during operation?
2026-10-13
The user shall dispose of and flush the clean water tank to rinse the detergent. Also, the user shall clean the cleaning head to remove detergent from the Multi-roller and the machine.
