QWhat is the HIZERO R700 floor washing robot? The HIZERO R700 is the world's first floor washing robot without suction. Unlike traditional vacuum-based floor washing robots, the R700 uses HIZERO's patented No-Suction Technology (NST) — a bionic cleaning system that combines a highly absorbent Multi Roller, wiper, and hair collection roller to simultaneously sweep and mop. It automatically separates solid waste, dirty water, and hair at the source, achieving industry-leading cleaning performance with no dust emission, no odor, and no need to maintain HEPA filters.
-
QWhat floor types is the R700 suitable for?The R700 is designed specifically for hard floors, including tiles, marble, solid wood floors, laminate flooring, vinyl flooring, and other smooth surfaces. It is not suitable for deep-pile carpets. When the ultrasonic carpet sensor detects carpet, the roller assembly automatically lifts into the main unit to avoid wetting the carpet.
-
QCan the R700 sweep and mop simultaneously?
Yes. The R700 simultaneously sweeps and mops in a single cleaning pass. The wiper collects solid waste, the Multi Roller absorbs and mops the floor, and dirty water is continuously collected — all steps completed in one operation.
-
QDoes the R700 leave water stains on the floor?Minimal. The R700 is designed to keep floors drying quickly. The highly absorbent Multi Roller instantly absorbs dirty water, and the wiper continuously squeezes out dirty water. This effectively reduces residual water stains, water marks, and dust attraction on wet floors.
-
QWhat cleaning modes does the R700 offer?
The R700 offers three cleaning intensity modes:
• Quick Mode: each area cleaned once — faster speed, suitable for daily light maintenance.
• Standard Mode (default): each area cleaned twice — roller rotates forward then backward for thorough cleaning.
Is there a difference in water volume? No difference

-
QWhat smart features does the R700 have?
The R700 supports App control, WiFi, Bluetooth, a manual remote control, voice alerts and voice control. It also supports scheduled cleaning and UV sterilization.
-
QWhat cleaning functions does the R700 have?
The R700 supports wet mopping, real-time self-cleaning and base-station self-cleaning. It is also equipped with an auto triple separation system that separates clean water, dirty water and solid waste.
-
QWhat is the capacity of the water tanks?
The main unit has a clean water tank of 300mL and a dirty water tank of 250mL.The docking station is equipped with a clean water tank of 4300mL and a dirty water tank of 3800mL. The main unit takes about 50 seconds to refill clean water and about 45 seconds to pump out dirty water.
-
QHow long can the R700 work with one full clean water tank?
In Quick mode, one full tank of clean water lasts about 25 minutes and cleans about 25m². In Standard mode, it lasts about 12 minutes and cleans about 12m².
-
QWhat is the battery runtime of the R700?
The R700 offers a battery runtime of up to 220 minutes and takes a maximum of 4.5 hours to fully charge.
-
QWhat are the dimensions and weight of the R700?
The main unit measures 350×345×105.5mm and weighs 4.65kg. The docking station measures 380×410×387.5mm and weighs 4.9kg.

QHow does the R700 handle carpets?
When building the map
- soft pile carpet with height about 25 – 30 mm
It can be detected that the roller will raise and run over the carpet
During cleaning
- R700 avoids the carpet and does not climb onto it
Possible causes and solutions:
· Low battery → Manually place the robot vacuum and mop onto the docking station to charge.
· Damaged main board → Replace the main board (requires specific diagnosis by after-sales service). (Service personnel only)
· Poor battery contact → Remove and reinsert the battery. (Service personnel only)
Possible causes and solutions:
· The charging contacts between the robot and the docking station are not fully connected → Wipe the charging contacts with a dry cloth and make sure they are fully connected; the indicator on the docking station should show a breathing (blinking) state.
· The docking station is not connected to power → Make sure the power cord of the docking station is connected.
· The battery is over-discharged after being unused for a long time → Replace the battery. (Service personnel only)
· The charging contacts are oxidized → Replace the charging contacts. (Service personnel only)
Possible causes and solutions:
· To extend battery life, the robot automatically slows down the charging speed when used in high or low temperature environments → Place the robot in a room-temperature environment; it will recover after a period of time.
