Well it’s definitely less clunky than competitor floor cleaners and a lot quieter. My floors do look cleaner. The waste water is always brown so it’s doing something. It is worth mentioning that this cleaner doesn’t like uneven surfaces and grout lines. I would strongly advise getting something else if your home has Spanish Saltillo Tile floors with wide grout lines. It is very easy to clean but fresh water tank is small and it will require several refills to finish. Battery seems to last as advertised. I’m still getting used to this cleaner but so far I think I like it.
