Great machine - tips for use and maintenance –I have a rubber floor that has not been the easiest to maintain. The Hizero F100 is a great machine that gets the floor clean and is easy to use. I would offer a few tips to get the best out of your machine and floor clean. Although the cleaner can vacuum up debris, remember everything goes over the sponge roller and anything sharp will imprint/ possibly tear this spongelike material. I do a quick sweep with the enjo dust mop first. It does not clean close to skirting boards. Maintaining the components of the cleaner is important. Remove the debris tray, both water tanks post clean and either manually clean or use the auto clean. Remember to also take the roller out and clean the underside blade as debris gets trapped there as well. Also check the roller sponge for any debris and any hair caught around the roller ends. The water tank is big enough for me to do a family room, kitchen and hallway - a mix of rubber and wooden floors. Use the cleaning fluid provided. Clean in the direction of the floor boards not against them. Very happy with the quality of this machine and the how clean the floor gets. Used three times a week so far. UPDATE: I have used the floor cleaner for over six months and am still very satisfied with the unit and how it operates. I do not get splotches or patches of water on any of the floor surfaces ie rubber, tile or 70 year old floorboards. I have changed over the roller and brush as recommended at six months and only used the Hizero cleaning solution - I think it does warrant this change over at six months. I do like the engineering of the unit and you do have to spend time cleaning all the bits but that becomes quicker the more you do it. It is not hard to clean and the videos provided are accurate. I do think removing big pieces of debris from the floor prior to using the cleaner will provide a better clean. Yes, it can pick bigger bits up but it goes over the roller etc and you then have to get it out of the blades etc. Still happy with this product.
