The battery lasts 60-80 minutes depending on the selected cleaning strength.

2. Can HIZERO clean any floor surface?

This current generation is specifically designed to clean hardwood and ceramic tile floors. It is also tailored for cleaning flat surfaces. Future models may be able to clean more varied surface types.

3. How many water tanks on Hizero?

There are two tanks on HIZERO, one is clean-water tank, one is waste-water tank.

4. Does speed and performance vary between the amount of waste being cleaned and the floor surface?

The 8 minutes per 100 square meter measurement is based on an average floor cleaning. As HIZERO aims to deliver a high-quality intensive clean, the user may find cleaning time for quite messy floors is more than for relatively clean floors.

Assemble & Disassemble

1. Q: The quick-mount screw can't be inserted between upper and lower body.

A: Please try many times, unable to solve the problem please contact customer service. Reference Manual “2. Assembling your Bionic Mop”.

2Q: How can I disassemble the connection cable?

A: Hold the each side of cable between upper body and lower body, then separate it lightly.

3. Q: I can't take out the cleaning roller for a replacement.

A: Please remove the trash container first then you can take out the cleaning roller. If difficult, you can from the other direction to push it out.

4Q: The charging base can't be well assembled.

A: Please press one of parts (with power contactor) onto the base with some force to make sure they are completely connected. Reference Manual “2. Assembling your Bionic Mop”.

Moving

5.Q: How to move the appliance?

A: (Please switch off the appliance and lock in uprightly position first) . Reference Manual “6.2 Moving”.
Two ways to move the appliance:
● One is uplift the appliance from the hand lifting position at the appliance’s back.
● The other one is lean it backward, the auxiliary wheels will help for moving.

Charging

6.Q: Do I need to remove the cleaning roller before charging?

A: No need. Take the whole appliance for charge will be fine. Reference Manual “3.1 Charging”.

7.Q: The appliance does not seem to be charging.

A: ● (Please make sure the charging base and power adapter are well connected.)
Place the appliance on the charging base and clasp the latch locator onto the locating stud, also make sure the charging contactor(at lower body) must be well connected with the power contactor(at charging base). Once see the battery indicator flash red which mean appliance is being charged. Reference Manual “3.1 Charging”.
● The battery is not charging. Take out battery and keep it about 10 minutes, then put back. It needs take 5 minutes to charge and then the charging will be available.

8.Q: How long should I charge the appliance?

A: Please charge the appliance for approximately 4 hours, when see the battery indicator turn to blue which means the appliance is fully charged. Reference Manual “3.1 Charging”.

Operating

9.Q: The cleaner moves forward automatically, can I move it back for second mopping?

A:  The appliance will move forward to sweep and you can move it back manually for optimal cleaning result if there are stains. Reference Manual “3.1 Cleaning Instructions”.

10.Q: There's much water left on the floor while operating.

A: Please try these resolution (contact customer service in case unable to resolve)
● After immersing the cleaning roller, please wring it out slowly.
● Open the cleaning head to check if there are blockages( spitball, small wet cloth, etc.) stuck in cleaning roller.
● Clean the dirty water tank sensor, keep it clean.

11.Q: I don't use the disposable trash tray for cleaning, is that ok?

A: OK. If the disposable trash tray is not used, you can take out the trash container and use the cleaning brush to empty the rubbish. Reference Manual “4.4 Cleaning the trash”,”5.5 Cleaning the trash container”.

12.Q: I need to clean the area where under a table. Can I tilt the body (down) over 60°?

A: Yes, but don’t exceed 70° as dirty water sensor may covered by dirty water then the appliance will stop working. Reference Manual “4.2 Cleaning Instructions”.

13.Q: How should I do if the appliance adsorbs some large objects?

A: ● The appliance will automatically stop working if something large are adsorbed.
● Take out the trash container and close the cleaning head, release the cleaning roller and take out the objects.

14.Q: Does the roller need to be soaked before each use?

A: If the roller is still wet– No need to immerse it before use.
If the roller becomes dry and hard– Need to be soaked before use for the easy and efficient operating. Reference Manual “2. Assembling your Bionic Mop”.

15.Q: The cleaning head suddenly open itself and there is an indicator flash red after then.

A: Please check if the cleaning roller, bush roller and trash container have been well placed. Then make sure well close the cover. After that, restart the appliance for operating. Reference Manual “2. Assembling your Bionic Mop”.

16.Q: What's the differences of the appliance setting to different mode?

A: The operation voice is more or less same.
Mode 1–Normally use for daily cleaning.
Mode 2–The basic function is self-cleaning. However, if there are some difficult stains need to be removed, please set to mode 2 for cleaning will have a better cleaning result and recommended to use.

17.Q: Is there any ways to make the cleaning roller become soft quickly?

A: Please immerse the cleaning roller in hot water (the water temperature should not be higher than 50℃) for around 2 minutes. Reference Manual “2. Assembling your Bionic Mop”.

18.Q: The cleaning head cover can't be closed.

A: Please make sure the brush roller and trash container have been well inserted then try again to close the cleaning head. Reference Manual “2. Assembling your Bionic Mop”.

19.Q: Can I move the appliance forward manually to clean the house?

A: When using the product, you can move forward a little quickly, to reach the quick cleaning result. Reference Manual “4.2 Cleaning Instructions”.

20.Q: Why the clean water tank leaks when I use it?

A: Please make sure the water tank cap has been fastened properly. After fill the clean water tank with water, please wipe the water around the tank. Reference Manual “3.3 Filling the clean water tank”.

21.Q: Why the cleaning roller still not become soft after I soak it?

A: Please make sure to immerse the cleaning roller for about 10 minutes in cold water or in 40℃ hot water about 2minutes. Reference Manual “2. Assembling your Bionic Mop”.

22.Q: Can I add hot water into clean water tank and clean the house?

A: Yes. Adding hot water to clean the house is fine. However, the temperature should not be higher than 50℃. Reference Manual “2. Assembling your Bionic Mop”.

23.Q: When I tilt the appliance to clean the floor, the dirty water tank indicator lights up and stop working.

A: The indicator lights up means dirty water sensor is covered by dirty water and will stop working automatically.
Suggestion:
● Do not tilt the upper body of the appliance too far backwards (Don’t exceed 70°).
● Please empty the dirty water tank before you tilt the body to clean. Reference Manual “4.4 Empty the dirty water tank”.

24.Q: Can I use the appliance on all the floors?

A: Use the appliance on hard floor only (such as tile, marble, wooden floor which could be wet); not on floor covered the carpet. Reference Manual “1.4 Usage Restrictions”.

25.Q: I can't move the appliance forwards and backwards.

A: The wheels may be blocked by objects. Please switch off the appliance. Make sure all the tanks are empty(to avoid the water overflow) and put it on its side.
Then remove the objects, the clean water tank is full of water, and dirty water tank is empty, then restart the appliance for cleaning.

26.Q: How to lock the body of appliance?

A: Hold the handle of the appliance, push it forward lightly until you hear a clicking sound. Reference Manual “3.4 Locking the body”.

27.Q: How to unlock the body of appliance?

A: Hold the handle of the appliance and tread the cleaning head lightly, pull back the body until you hear a clicking sound. Reference Manual “4.1 Releasing the body”.

28.Q: How long can the appliance be used when it is full of electricity?

30.Q: Can the dirty water tank cap be rinsed under a tap? As I saw there is a sensor on the cap.

A: Yes. Both the clean/dirty water tank and clean/dirty water tank cap can be rinsed under a tap. However, to avoid any error, please wipe the water on the sensor. Reference Manual “4.4 Emptying the dirty water tank”.

31.Q: Will I need to empty the trash container before the appliance clean itself?

A: Please empty the trash container and clean the brush roller after finishing self-cleaning. Reference Manual “5.5 Cleaning the trash container”.

32.Q: Do I need to take out the cleaning roller for drying after each use?

A: If used frequently– Don’t need to take it out for drying, place the appliance with cleaning roller onto the charging base will be fine.
